JEWELRYWhat is our jewelry made of?
All of our jewelry is sterling silver finished with either rhodium or 14-18k yellow or rose gold plating to protect the pieces from tarnishing. Sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to salt, air, dust, water or products containing sulfur. To best preserve your jewelry and prevent scratching, we recommend the following:
- Do not shower or exercise while wearing your jewelry.
- Do not spray perfume, lotion, sprays or sunscreen directly or near your jewelry.
- Store your jewelry separately from other jewelry when not in use. Secure clasps and closures to avoid scratches and tangled chains. Ideally, we recommend to keep your jewels in a jewelry box or a soft pouch.
- Clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth to wipe away dirt and premature tarnishing.
Can I shower with my jewelry?
We suggest always taking off your jewelry before any contact with water. This will ensure that your plating lasts for as long as possible.
Can I exercise with my jewelry?
We suggest exercising without your jewelry as sweat can damage the plating of your jewelry.
What do I do if my jewelry needs repair?
With proper care you should be able to enjoy your jewelry for a long time. However, if you need any assistance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I edit/cancel an order?
Send us an email to email@example.com as soon as you can. We will usually process your order within 24-48 hours.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
No. You can only use one promo code per order.
I lost an earring. Can I buy a single earring?
Most of our earrings are sold in pairs but send us an email. We’ll do our best to help.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item or have an incomplete order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Further details of our returns can be found here.
I ordered the wrong ring size, can I exchange my ring?
Yes. If you need to return a ring for a different size, we will issue a store credit once your return is received and processed. You can use the store credit to repurchase the correct size needed. Further details of our returns can be found here or email us at email@example.com to start a return.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return?
When returning an item to us for any reason, we will issue a pre-paid return label for domestic orders. International orders are responsible for shipping costs when returning an order.
Are sale items eligible for a return?
All sale items are final.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do! We will gift wrap your selected items and include a handwritten note with your custom message for additional $7. Please check the gift wrap check box in the cart and enter your message in the notes section.
What does the gift wrap look like?
You will receive your jewelry in a kraft jewelry box with a velvet ribbon. Depending on your order and notes, you will receive one or multiple boxes.
